Quit Smoking Through Hypnosis


In this article I want to talk to you about why I believe it is possible to quit smoking through hypnosis, and how you can get started today.

So far I’ve been a non-smoker for three years using the hypnosis method, and I don’t see myself ever going back to the cancer sticks in the near future.

The reason that hypnosis works so well for giving up is that it takes a lot of the smoking facts and insights you might find in a book like “Easy Way to Stop Smoking” by Alen Carr and installs them into your brain subconsciously, so you can get the benefit without all the effort!

The rest of this article is going to reveal the top three ideas that will be introduced as you try to quit smoking through hypnosis.

Here we go…

IDEA 1 = People only smoke because they are addicted to Nicotine =>

This may sound obvious but you would be surprised how many people come to my website and tell me they still smoke because they enjoy it and that it relaxes them.

The fact is that every time you light up a cigarette you are just relieving the itch from the Nicotine that you have built up by smoking more and more cigarettes over the years.

That’s it…

….and once you have your fix you can go about another hour until the itch comes back.

You can kid yourself all you want, but the only reason anyone smokes is because they want to relieve their addiction.

IDEA 2 = Smoking messes with your head =>

Another thing I learned form the hypnosis course is that that my nerves would be much better once I quit and that I would be much calmer.

I really did not expect that because most people will tell you that smoking is relaxing and a great way to stay calm and focused.

But now I don’t have that constant pull to smoke, life’s great, and I can just get on with my day without thinking about it.

IDEA 3 = Three things you need to give up =>

1. Be decisive – if you decide once and for all to give up you will loose all the fear and apprehension that comes with any attempt to quit. This really does work well when having a drink or going to a party because you lose that feeling of “I wonder how long I can last without smoking?”

…you have decided once and for all and that’s final!

2. Be happy – another great thing to do once you’re a non-smoker is to think about it all the time and realize how great it is that you won’t have to choke yourself for the rest of your life. Most people will tell you not to think about cigarettes, which is impossible, so why not rejoice in the fact that you no longer have to pay money every day for a long and painful death.

3. Enjoy the pangs – so we all know that after you put out that last cigarette you will feel the cravings that come from not smoking. But one method to beat these pains is to enjoy them and just see them as a sign that the nicotine is leaving your body for good.

I like to view it as a war between me and that little monster inside who is begging me to smoke.

Sometimes I even used to look down and give my belly a little tap and say “you’re not going to win”.

Final thoughts

Even the most hardcore smoker can quit smoking through hypnosis and it’s much better than trying to use the patches or the inhalator, because where is the logic in trying to give up the drug you are addicted to by replacing it with the drug you are addicted to?

Use hypnosis and within about 3 weeks you will be free and not want to smoke anymore.
